ELECTRICAL AND LIGHTING

  • 100% Back up power using DG sets on actual diversified Load requirements.

HVAC

  • Building is fed by a Central Water-Cooled Chilled Water system, with energy efficient screw chillers with VFD.
  • Treated Fresh Air units with MERV-13 filters at each floor are being provided in order to improve IAQ.
  • For 24x7 Cooling of user critical areas, each office has space provision for installation of DX Air-cooled ODU (by end-user) located on the same floor.
  • 2X160 TR actual capacity Water Cooled Screw Chillers with VFD (Daikin Make).
  • ESP/ Self Charging Filters with REMI Cell in all AHU's of common area (Atrium) with air quality display.
  • Space provision for ESP/ Electrostatic Air filters in all ceiling hung AHU's in client's premises.
  • A comprehensive integrated Microprocessor based Building Automation System shall be installed to facilitate intelligent control of various services. Installation of Building maintenance unit reduces the operational cost in the long run.

FIRE

  • Building fire protection designed as per NBC 2016.
  • Automatic Fire detection system in all floors including basements.
  • High Side equipment for smoke ventilation system in floors for making building safe for human in case of fire.
  • Automatic openable window system has been provided in the facade for fresh air intake to the respective floor plate in case of fire.

SECURITY

  • IP CCTV surveillance and access system for external and common areas provides best security to tenants. This reduces manpower cost.
